Refund policy

Our Return Policy 
Returns are accepted 30 days within merchandise ship date for domestic delivery and within 60 days ship date for international delivery. Please contact us for return authorization before shipping the merchandise back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the condition that it was received (tags attached, unworn, and unwashed). Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for intimates, swimsuits, and some accessories (e.g., earrings). To complete your return, your receipt is required. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send to you an email notifying you that we have receive your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at yelucollections.com and send your item to: 2642 SW 180th Ave Miramar, Fl. 33029. 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are shipping item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
